Consulting

Travel Leaders utilizes a consulting approach when customizing your travel management program. In order to design a customized program supporting all your specific needs, we need to engage all relevant parts of your travel processes to provide viable solutions rather than band aides. With our years of experience and relationships with vendors, we can design a program which will achieve the satisfaction your company desires.

  1.  Rent A Plate – If your company is interested in owning and operating YOUR OWN BUSINESS TRAVEL as a travel agency within your company, a rent a plate solution might be the answer. Your company will hire their own agents and use our Worldspan GDS software for purchasing travel for your employees. The advantage to this setup is the complete control of your travel inhouse. Commissions will be shared, or a monthly fee will be charged. In order to have a rent a plate solution you must partner with a travel management company to process travel bookings.
     
  2.  Travel Leaders Software Share – Work like the pros!! If you have a certified travel agent booking all travel but going from website to website, why not have all the tools we use as a travel manager. By booking travel on multiple websites your company is losing out on corporate air, car and hotel discounts. We would provide the use of Worldspan and fully train and support your agent. Account Management

Account management is where we put the pedal to the metal. Account Managers provide our clients with a strategic, and measurable account management program to eliminate risks and lost savings opportunities. Your Account Manager will schedule annual, bi-annual or quarterly meetings with you to review your program and help ensure a successful partnership.

Your designated Account Manager’s role will be to:

  1. Reporting – Your Account Manager will create your customized reporting program utilizing our industry leading technology to help ensure your program is a success.
     
  2. Vendor agreements – Your Account Manager will work with your preferred air, car and hotel providers to set-up cost saving programs and negotiate contracts on your behalf to further increase your ROI.
     
  3. Benchmarking – Travel and Expense represents the second or third largest controllable expense for most companies. Improving your processes creates opportunities to increase your company’s bottom line.  Benchmarking your processes will compare key components of your travel program against companies of similar size. Comparing your travel program against your peers will highlight your programs strengths and weaknesses. This allows your Account Manager to identify areas that require attention, so those processes can be changed and improved.
